The Culinary Ministry Team prepared 2 traditional African entrées and provided authentic bread:
1. Beef Stew in Spicy Berbere Sauce
2. Crispy Berbere Chicken
3. Injera—Ethiopian flat bread
A free will offering was collected to sponsor a well in Ethiopia.
Chef Paul Heddens headed up the Culinaryu Ministry team in preparing the African fare....
